Weekly Pay Work Hours: Flexible hours based on coverage needs Mile Pay: $0.60 per solo mile Stop Pay: $26.00 per solo stop Per Diem: $40.00 per night Paid Training: Complete training provided Schedule: Varies based on coverage needs - must be flexible Start Time: 4:00 AM - 6:00 AM dispatch window Your Route: Deliver SOLO to southeastern MO and Southern IL. You will operate a sleeper truck with a dry van trailer (31'-53'). Equipment: You’ll drive modern trucks (36 months or newer) and use a manual pallet jack. Ryder trains you on all equipment to ensure your success! Endorsements: You’ll need a Hazmat endorsement within 90 days of hire, and we will reimburse the costs for obtaining it and provide necessary training.
