About the Role:
ALGEBRAIT LLC is looking for a skilled CNC Manufacturing Programmer specializing in Turning Operations to join our team in El Cajon, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your precision machining expertise to a dynamic manufacturing environment where your work directly impacts product quality and production efficiency. Responsibilities:• Develop, optimize, and maintain computer-aided manufacturing programs for CNC lathe and turning equipment• Create and validate toolpaths using advanced CAM software systems• Perform comprehensive simulation and collision detection analysis prior to production runs• Conduct shop-floor prove-out and first-article verification of programmed operations• Collaborate with manufacturing engineers and machinists to refine processes and improve cycle times• Troubleshoot programming issues and implement corrective actions to maintain production flow• Support process validation activities and documentation requirements• Ensure all programs meet quality standards and engineering specificationsMust-Have Qualifications:• Demonstrated experience with Siemens NX CAM programming platform• Proven background in CNC lathe and turning center programming• Hands-on experience with machine prove-out and program verification on the shop floor• Proficiency in toolpath simulation and collision checking methodologies• Experience in aerospace or similarly regulated manufacturing environments• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities• Understanding of GD&T and blueprint interpretationNice-to-Have Qualifications:• Experience with multi-axis turning operations• Familiarity with post-processor development or customization• Background in lean manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives• Knowledge of AS9100 or similar quality management systemsVacancy posted 2 days ago
