Branch Coordinator

Serving as the first point of contact for patients, the full-time Branch Coordinator will provide welcoming support, coordinate equipment delivery, and assist with insurance processes in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Create a welcoming experience for patients arriving at the branch, both in person and over the phone Coordinate timely equipment delivery and resolve patient inquiries in collaboration with the branch team Manage documentation and health plan authorizations to ensure compliance and maximize patient benefits Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent At least one year of related work experience in an office, healthcare, or call center environment Experience utilizing a multi-line phone system Proficient in English reading, writing, and speaking skills Intermediate computer skills Virtual Vocations Inc
