Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking a versatile CT Technologist capable of performing both CT and X-ray procedures. The candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality imaging services in various settings, including general scans, CTA, portables, C-arm, and fluoroscopy.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of imaging procedures including general CT, CTA, X-ray, portable imaging, C-arm, and fluoroscopy.
• Disclose licensing hits at the time of submission and ensure all certification requirements are met.
• Operate medical imaging equipment efficiently while maintaining patient safety and comfort.
• Start IVs independently when required and follow protocol for scans requiring contrast.
• Adhere to department policies, including unit-specific orientation and scrub color guidelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation and submit imaging results promptly to radiology supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Hold ARRT certification in CT and/or X-ray technology.
• Possess a valid state license to practice as a radiologic technologist.
• Be certified in BLS and, if applicable, in nuclear medicine (CNMT).
• Demonstrate experience in performing CT, CTA, and general radiography procedures.
• Exhibit strong attention to detail, patient care skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
