Project Manager

Core Responsibilities Project Planning & Scheduling: Define project scope, deliverables, and objectives with stakeholders. Create detailed schedules, monitor site progress, and adjust timelines to meet strict deadlines. Financial & Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring rigorous cost control and financial accountability from pre-construction to close-out. Resource & Risk Management: Identify and allocate personnel, materials, and equipment. Assess potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies. Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure full compliance with safety regulations (OSHA), building codes, and legal requirements. Monitor workmanship and materials to uphold premier quality standards. Leadership & Communication: Maintain crystal-clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and your internal team. You will directly oversee and mentor Project Engineers. Comprehensive Documentation: Maintain all critical project documentation, including correspondence, contracts, and reports. Candidate Profile: Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of PM experience specifically within the construction or electrical/traffic or utility industry. Credentials: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly valued. Valid Driver License to be able to visit clients and jobsites when needed. Technical & Soft Skills: Proficiency in project management software/tools and Microsoft Office, strong analytical problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to lead teams effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication is a must.
