We are looking for a motivated, high-performing individual with a proven track record in automotive sales who is interested in developing into a future Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager while serving as a backup F&I producer as their training progresses. • Guide customers through a transparent and professional purchase experience.
• Conduct needs assessments and vehicle presentations.
• Demonstrate luxury vehicle features and technology.
• Complete test drives and delivery appointments.
• Build long-term customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business.

Prospect & Generate Your Own Business

• Maintain active social media channels.
• Create vehicle and dealership content.
• Build a personal customer portfolio.
• Follow up with prospects and previous customers.
• Leverage CRM tools to maximize closing opportunities.

Train in Finance & Insurance

• Learn the F&I process.
• Understand lender programs and financing options.
• Learn vehicle protection products and compliance standards.
• Develop skills necessary to become a future Finance Manager.
• Serve as backup F&I support as training milestones are achieved.
