We're seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal Manager / Paralegal Team Lead to strengthen and elevate our litigation support department. This is a leadership opportunity for someone who combines deep plaintiff personal injury litigation expertise with operational excellence, process improvement, and team development. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving operational challenges, mentoring legal professionals, improving litigation workflows, and building scalable systems that enable a growing practice to operate more efficiently. What You'll Do Lead the Litigation Support Team Coach, mentor, and develop paralegals and litigation support staff Serve as the primary escalation point for litigation workflow questions Promote accountability, consistency, and collaboration across the department Review work product and provide constructive feedback Improve Litigation Operations Develop and maintain SOPs and best practices Standardize litigation workflows across the department Identify bottlenecks and implement practical process improvements Improve operational efficiency while maintaining exceptional quality Build Scalable Systems Create repeatable processes for litigation support Improve document management and quality control Establish onboarding and training programs Develop tools that reduce reliance on tribal knowledge Drive Operational Excellence Monitor workflow quality Improve consistency across litigation files Ensure adherence to firm standards Partner with attorneys to strengthen litigation operations What We're Looking For The strongest candidates will have: 8+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience Experience leading or mentoring paralegals or litigation support professionals Deep understanding of the litigation lifecycle from filing through resolution Strong knowledge of discovery, trial preparation, settlement preparation, medical records, subpoenas, depositions, and litigation documentation Experience creating SOPs, workflows, or operational improvements Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills A process-oriented mindset with the ability to solve problems independently Bonus Qualifications Experience with any of the following is highly valued: Litigation operations leadership Legal operations Department management Workflow optimization Process documentation Team development Quality assurance Performance management Operational scalability Legal project management You’ll Thrive Here If You...
