Located in Watseka, IL
Salary: $15.25 - $17.00 Custodian Location: Watseka, IL Pay: $15.25 - $17.51 per hour Are you someone who takes pride in keeping things clean, organized, and running smoothly? We are seeking a reliable Custodian to help maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment both inside and outside our facility. If you enjoy staying active, working independently, and making a difference through your attention to detail, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Do:- Clean and maintain floors, restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas
- Collect and dispose of trash, debris, and cardboard
- Operate cleaning equipment, including floor scrubbers
- Restock restroom and janitorial supplies
- Assist with basic facility maintenance such as changing filters, replacing light bulbs, and moving furniture
- Maintain exterior walkways and entrances, including snow and ice removal during inclement weather
- Follow all company safety procedures and properly utilize personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Previous custodial, janitorial, or cleaning experience is preferred
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and kneel for extended periods
