Aptos is hiring a Community Operations Lead to help scale one of the most distributed, engaged communities in Web3. This role focuses on operations, regional contributors, grants, and reporting systems to ensure execution at scale. As a key partner to the Head of Community, you’ll drive operational excellence, strengthen contributor support, and surface insights that influence product, marketing, and ecosystem priorities.
