Position Summary The Arts Center of Coastal Carolina is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Development Administrator to join our passionate development team dedicated to advancing our mission through strategic fundraising, relationship management, and impactful outreach and events. The Development Administrator plays an important role by providing mid-level fundraising, administrative support, and volunteer management to the Development Department. The Development Administrator works closely with the Senior Director of Development to plan and implement a measurable annual fundraising plan using strategic goals and KPIs. The Development Administrator is also responsible for providing support to and assisting the Arts Center of Coastal Carolina in all its fundraising activities, events, and administration. Annual Fund Individual Gifts Campaigns and Appeals Fundraising. Business Partner – Cultivation and Engagement Marketing – Support the implementation of the annual Marketing plan. Grants – Support the coordination and accumulation of application and final report supplemental materials. Events – Assist with Spring Benefit, Festivals, and Events and the execution of regular patron events, and grantor or business partner site visits, as needed. Additional duties as identified and assigned. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, education, arts, fundraising, or related field and/or experience in philanthropy preferred. Ideal Skills and Qualifications Must have excellent and current technology skills-strong knowledge of MS Suite, especially knowledge of Excel, and donor database systems- Raiser’s Edge. Must have ability and comfort with interfacing regularly with our patrons, donors, and business partners. Must have ability for a flexible work schedule (some early morning meetings, evening, and weekend events.) The ideal candidate will be familiar with the Hilton Head Island regional community. Experience with volunteers is preferred. Strong written, verbal communication, and telephone skills. Qualities Ability to be a self-starter and team player Demonstrated ability to be well organized and flexible as well as creative. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity and integrity. Strong work ethic. Good sense of humor. Must have strong analytical skills to identify department inefficiencies in donor base and policies and procedures and assist with creating/executing improvements. Ability to prioritize, juggle multiple projects, manage a variety of activities in a fast-paced, and meet deadlines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
