Entry-Level Construction Laborer

Seeking a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Construction Laborer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, learning hands-on skills, and contributing to construction projects from start to finish. No prior construction experience is required; training will be provided for the right candidate with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks.
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment.
• Perform site cleanup and maintain a safe, organized work environment.
• Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
• Assist with demolition, framing, and general carpentry activities.
• Prepare and stage materials for installation.
• Follow project plans, directions, and safety procedures.
• Help install, repair, and maintain building components as needed.
• Complete tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

This is a Permanent position based out of Dodgeville, WI.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
