Responsibilities

Position Summary: Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition cycle to support business growth. This position centers on strategic sourcing, qualifying skilled professionals, and collaborating with hiring managers to streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute the complete recruitment lifecycle, from drafting job postings to conducting initial screenings.
• Search internet databases, leverage networking channels, and qualify exceptional professional talent.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and guide them through the interview process.
• Help negotiate competitive offer packages while balancing corporate compensation and equity strategies.
• Manage multiple high-priority requests simultaneously while delivering top-tier support.

Requirements:

• Proven full-cycle professional or corporate recruiting experience.
• Exceptional networking, digital sourcing, and candidate qualification skills.
• strong consultative abilities to guide hiring managers and negotiate salaries.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to pivot across multiple requests.
• Deep understanding of organizational people development and equal employment compliance.
