Shift Lead

Providing leadership support to the direct service team, the part-time Shift Lead will ensure smooth service delivery, oversee operational tasks, and collaborate with clinical professionals in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Provide critical support and guidance to the direct service team on Kooth policies and clinical requirements Monitor service delivery metrics and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Engage in ongoing training to maintain the highest level of support for the practitioner team Required qualifications Permanently reside within the US 48 contiguous states Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience Experience working with shift operations and schedule management Experience with data visualizations in a dashboarding tool (e.g., Tableau) Experience in a behavioral health or clinical setting
