This opportunity is for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role within a school setting located in Richmond, VA. This contract position is ideal for professionals passionate about providing applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to support students' developmental and behavioral needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Collect and record accurate data on student progress and behavior
- Collaborate with educational teams, therapists, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Ensure adherence to ethical and professional guidelines set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to maintain best practices
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential in good standing
- Experience working with children in educational or clinical settings preferred
- Strong communication and data collection skills
- Ability to follow treatment plans and work under BCBA supervision
