Registered Nurse - Hospice

Role Overview This position involves providing direct and indirect quality care to patients and families across all ages, under the supervision of the Hospice Clinical Supervisor and physician orders. The nurse manages a caseload within the hospice service area, coordinates care with the healthcare team, and promotes patient comfort and peaceful end-of-life experiences. Responsibilities Assess and meet patients' individualized needs following the nursing process and Nurse Practice Act. Coordinate patient care activities with team members to ensure holistic, patient-centered support. Travel to patient locations within designated counties to deliver care. Qualifications & Skills Oregon Registered Nurse License and current BLS certification. Minimum of 1 year medical/surgical, acute care, or long-term care experience. Experience in end-of-life (EOL) care preferred; recent oncology or hospice experience is a plus. Key Attributes Strong clinical assessment and coordination skills.
