Caregiver Per Diem Opportunity

Not looking to change your current position, yet seeking an extra 5-10 hours a week at a high (well above market average) hourly rate?

You'll be placed in a pool with other motivated caregivers and will be invited to pick up extra shift hours on a weekly basis. Please note, you'll mostly likely be asked to pick up a shift the following day (or within 48 hours) due to an unexpected caregiver call off/PTO or an unexpected and immediate increase in client hours. Due to the short turnaround time we ask of you, our starting per diem hourly rate is $19/hour!

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

• Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
