Water/Wastewater Engineer

Job Overview As a Water/Wastewater Engineer at HDR, you will help shape how communities manage water for generations to come, ensuring safe drinking water, treating wastewater, and protecting lives through flood control. Responsibilities Perform complex assignments, evaluating, selecting, and modifying standard engineering techniques and procedures. Make design and engineering decisions as needed. Act as technical specialist or project manager on mid-size projects. Supervise a small staff of professionals and technicians. Perform other duties as required. Preferred Qualifications MS degree. Minimum 3 years of experience designing and creating plans and specifications for water and wastewater projects. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent field. Previous experience designing and creating plans and specifications for water and wastewater projects. Professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board in the location of the position offered (e.g., Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng)).
