Hybrid Talent Acquisition & L&D Specialist

NPAA is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Learning & Development professional to lead end-to-end recruitment and design impactful training initiatives. In a hybrid role based in Lansing, IL, you’ll partner with managers to craft job descriptions, source top talent, and onboard new hires. You’ll also design training needs assessments, develop materials and courses, and track results to continuously improve programs.
