Long Term Care RN

Role: Long Term Care RN responsible for providing skilled nursing care in a facility setting. Responsibilities: Assess resident health, develop and implement care plans, administer treatments and medications, supervise nursing staff, educate residents and families, document care, respond to emergencies, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Qualifications & Skills: Valid RN license, at least one year of recent LTC experience, current BLS/CPR certification. Preferred certifications include ACLS. Essential skills include critical thinking, effective communication, physical ability to perform procedures, and the capacity to work under pressure.
