Pricing Analyst

Our client is seeking a data-driven Pricing Analyst to support pricing strategy, revenue optimization, and business performance insights through advanced analytics and AI-driven decision making. This role will leverage large datasets, market intelligence, and business performance metrics to identify revenue opportunities, evaluate promotional effectiveness, and provide actionable recommendations that drive profitable growth. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in pricing, revenue management, or commercial analytics, along with strong technical and analytical skills. Key Responsibilities Analyze pricing performance, customer behavior, and market trends to develop recommendations that optimize revenue and profitability. Utilize AI-enabled analytics tools and advanced modeling techniques to identify pricing opportunities, business trends, and growth initiatives. Evaluate promotional effectiveness and measure ROI of pricing and marketing campaigns. Monitor competitive market activity and industry developments to support pricing strategy decisions. Analyze large datasets from multiple sources to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities affecting business performance. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate pricing performance and key business metrics. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to support revenue growth initiatives and strategic decision-making. Build pricing models, forecasting tools, and scenario analyses to evaluate business opportunities and potential outcomes. Perform ad hoc analysis and present actionable insights to leadership teams. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting and analytical processes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Business, Mathematics, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in Pricing Analytics, Revenue Management, Commercial Analytics, Financial Analysis, or a related analytical role. Proven experience analyzing market trends, customer demand, business performance, and pricing effectiveness. Advanced experience working with large data sets and complex business data structures. Strong SQL and data querying skills required. Experience creating analytics dashboards and reports using Power BI strongly preferred. Experience utilizing AI-driven analytics tools and predictive modeling techniques preferred. Knowledge of revenue optimization, pricing strategy, forecasting, and promotion measurement methodologies. Experience with Python and/or R is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences. Preferred Experience Experience in real estate, hospitality, logistics, or transportation business environments. Familiarity with machine learning concepts, predictive analytics, and AI-based business intelligence tools. Experience supporting cross-functional teams and influencing strategic business decisions through data-driven insights.
