Retail Inventory Supervisor - Dollar Teams Competitive salary for Supervisors; $16.00 - $23.00 for Inventory Associates. Responsibilities Coach and train Inventory Associates; accuracy matters. Follow a clear, consistent workflow. Serve as primary point of contact for resolving event-related concerns, supporting directives from Area or District Manager, and driving operational excellence. Minimum two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or Supervisor. Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management, customer service, and conflict resolution skills. Physical ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, lift up to 25 lbs, and travel by car or plane, including overnight stays. Reliable attendance and commitment. Positive, team-oriented attitude. Access to reliable transportation. Willingness to submit to a pre‑employment investigative consumer report and drug screen.
