On the Mend Physical Therapy has been helping the Mesa community move and live better for years, now with two locations under local ownership. You'll join a team that treats the full person, from sports and orthopedic rehab to pediatric therapy, geriatric care, and work conditioning, so your caseload stays varied and your skills keep growing. This role pays $80,000–$92,900 a year. We take mentorship seriously, giving you the support to grow toward the upper end of that range. As you grow your caseload, you'll help more patients and earn more. You won't be figuring it out alone.

In addition, we provide:

We have a residency-trained, Board-Certified OCS on staff who's genuinely invested in developing new clinicians. Interested in pursuing your own orthopedic residency down the road? Our OCS can serve as your host-site mentor/Clinical Instructor, guiding you every step of the way.

Mesa sits at the base of the Superstition Mountains in the Sonoran Desert, with year-round sunshine that makes hiking, golfing, and outdoor life a daily habit rather than a weekend plan. Most of your day is spent directly with patients, planning and delivering hands-on care with the autonomy to treat the way you think is right. That includes:

• Evaluating patients and building individualized, evidence-based treatment plans

• Hands-on interventions through manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and specialty modalities

• Teaching patients and their families about recovery, home exercise, and injury prevention

• Tracking progress and adjusting plans as patients progress

• Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care

• Documenting in line with HIPAA and state and federal rules, using AI tools that cut down on paperwork instead of adding to it

We’re looking for a PT who genuinely wants to help people move better and wants to keep growing themselves. Ideal candidates have:

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program

• An Arizona physical therapy license, or eligibility for one

• All experience levels are encouraged to apply

• Strong communication skills, the kind that put patients at ease

• Interest in growing into a leadership role down the line

• Current CPR certification

You’ll need to:

• Lift up to 50 pounds

• Stand, bend, reach, and use fine motor skills regularly

• Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and therapeutic exercises

Compensation Range: $76K - $92.9K
