Overview


We are seeking an experienced Epic Analyst (Epic Cupid and/or Epic Radiant) to work on-site in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This clinical IT role supports hospital and outpatient clinical departments by configuring, testing, and optimizing Epic modules. Ideal candidates have hands-on Epic experience, strong analytical skills, and solid communication abilities. This is a 52-week contract with competitive weekly pay.

• Position: Epic Cupid/Radiant Analyst (Epic Analyst / Clinical IT Analyst)
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,680 - $3,190
• Location: On-site - Pittsburgh, PA (Zip: 15212)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Shift: 8-hour shifts, 5 per week (Any shift)
• Duration: 52 weeks (contract)
• Start Date: April 20, 2026

Key Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as an Epic Analyst or in a similar clinical IT / Clinical Analyst role
• Experience with Epic Cupid and/or Epic Radiant modules strongly preferred
• Familiarity with clinical workflows, imaging/radiology scheduling, or cardiology workflows as applicable
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with clinicians and IT teams
• Knowledge of healthcare IT best practices and compliance (HIPAA awareness preferred)

Responsibilities

• Support, configure, and optimize Epic Cupid and Radiant modules to improve clinical workflows
• Collaborate with clinical staff and stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions
• Participate in system upgrades, build validation, testing (UAT), and troubleshooting
• Document build changes, workflows, and support processes; create end-user training materials
• Provide on-site support during go-lives, change windows, and critical incidents
• Ensure solutions align with healthcare IT standards, security, and regulatory compliance
