Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

We are currently seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with an established book of business to join Wave Plastic Surgery & Aesthetic Laser Center in San Francisco, California. What We're Looking For Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in California Established and transferable book of business within aesthetics Proven experience performing cosmetic injectables and aesthetic treatments Strong patient retention and relationship-building skills Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing a practice Ability to contribute to clinic growth through patient acquisition, referrals, and community engagement Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and assessments to determine treatment suitability Develop customized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical best practices Perform aesthetic procedures including injectables, cosmetic laser treatments, and other non-surgical aesthetic services Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR system Foster long‑term patient relationships through exceptional service, education, and follow‑up care Support patient retention initiatives and contribute to clinic revenue growth Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and evidence‑based aesthetic practices Collaborate closely with physicians, clinical staff, and leadership to ensure an exceptional patient experience Participate in marketing initiatives, patient events, and community outreach efforts to support business growth Maintain compliance with all applicable regulatory, safety, and infection control standards Location Providers will split their time between our San Francisco and San Mateo locations. Schedule Tuesday through Saturday

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
