Accounting Manager / Executive Assistant

About the Role
Financial Operations & Reporting
Oversee daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and the general ledgerPrepare monthly financial statements and management reportsReconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure accurate recordkeepingManage payroll entries and maintain organized financial documentationReview service agreements, validate billing, reconcile time entries, and ensure accurate invoicingMaintain accurate recurring billing and client account recordsPrepare financial reports, spreadsheets, and management summaries as needed
Executive & Administrative Support
Provide day-to-day administrative support to company leadershipTrack action items, follow up on outstanding tasks, and help keep priorities on scheduleCoordinate with internal teams to ensure projects and administrative tasks are completed on timeAssist with client, vendor, and internal communications as neededOrganize company documentation, recurring reminders, and operational processesSupport general administrative and operational needs as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferredFour to seven years of accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or similar experienceExperience supporting business owners or executives is a plusExperience in an IT services, technology, or service-based business is a plus
Required Skills
Strong understanding of bookkeeping, reconciliations, and GAAP fundamentalsStrong QuickBooks Online experienceExperience with accounting, billing, or business management software, with the ability to quickly learn new systemsProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft 365Excellent organizational and time-management skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independentlyComfortable handling confidential information professionallyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProactive, dependable, and committed to following through on tasks
Work Location: Onsite in Doral, Florida
Schedule: Full-timeMonday through Friday8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST
