Pay Rate: $ 1,600 To $ 1,829 Per week

We are seeking Occupational Therapists (OTs) for 13-week contract opportunities in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. The openings include two inpatient positions and one outpatient position , providing occupational therapy services based on the assigned rehabilitation setting.

The Occupational Therapist must hold an active Nebraska license and be comfortable floating to other units, departments, or patient care areas when necessary based on staffing and operational needs.

• Evaluate patients to identify functional limitations, occupational therapy needs, and individualized rehabilitation goals.

• Develop and implement patient-specific occupational therapy treatment plans based on clinical findings and functional needs.

• Provide therapeutic interventions designed to improve independence, mobility, daily living skills, and overall function.

• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical response and rehabilitation outcomes.

• Support other appropriate units, departments, or patient care areas as needed based on staffing requirements and clinical competency.

• Inpatient or Outpatient Occupational Therapy Experience Required; Less Than 1 Year of Experience Accepted Per Requisition.

• Current, Active Nebraska Occupational Therapist License Required.

• Current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers Certification Required Upon Hire.

• Ability to Work the Required Day-Shift Schedule and Maintain a 40-Hour Workweek Required.

• Ability to Float to Other Appropriate Units, Departments, or Patient Care Areas Based on Operational Needs Required.
