About the Position

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Provide therapeutic interventions to support patients in regaining daily living and functional skills
• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient goals and outcomes
• Contribute to a positive care environment within a skilled nursing facility setting

• Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in the state of California
• Current certification through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
• Ability to work a Monday-Friday daytime schedule with no weekend rotation
• Expected 35 hours per week

• Prior experience working in a skilled nursing or post-acute care setting
• Familiarity with documentation and compliance standards in a long-term care environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working within a multidisciplinary team
