Location 100 American Metro Blvd, Hamilton Square, NJ 08619 Pay Rate $17.50/hour Employment Type Full-Time Shift Information Monday-Friday, (8:00am-5:00pm) CST time zone Job Summary We’re hiring an Onsite Customer Experience Associate I in Hamilton Square, NJ to provide high-quality customer service support in a fast-paced call center environment. In this role, you will handle inbound customer calls, resolve inquiries, and deliver a positive customer experience while meeting performance goals. Key Responsibilities Provide professional customer service support via inbound calls Handle high-volume call center interactions efficiently and accurately Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely manner Maintain accurate records through data entry and system updates Follow company processes, compliance standards, and quality guidelines Meet productivity, attendance, and performance metrics Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Minimum of 6 months of call center, customer service, or dispatch experience Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to successfully complete a background check What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Monthly incentive opportunity of up to $350 after training by meeting performance metrics Night or weekend differential, based on shift worked Benefits from day one (medical, dental, vision) for eligible roles Paid time off and holidays Paid training Career growth and advancement opportunities Supportive and inclusive work environment Training Requirements Complete a mandatory 3-week paid training program (Week 1 classroom training; Weeks 2–3 supported call handling). Maintain an average quiz score of 80% or higher and complete all required E-Learning courses. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
