Oregon Remote Licensed Therapist, 1099 Contractor Remote - United States About the Remote Licensed Therapist (1099 Contractor) role at Headspace Headspace is currently seeking part‑time, independently licensed contractor therapists to provide direct, virtual care as part of a multidisciplinary team. We are accepting applications from providers licensed in Oregon. Contractor therapists are asked to offer a minimum of five sessions per week, with the flexibility to offer additional sessions when needed. More is always welcome depending on your schedule. Note that due to care demand and member scheduling fluctuations, it could take a number of weeks to achieve a consistent schedule. Pay rates for Oregon start at $75–$80 per session. Session length is 60 minutes for an intake and 45 minutes for a follow‑up appointment, with concurrent note‑taking expected and included in the session rate. All Headspace therapists must be licensed and reside in the U.S. Personal health information may not be accessed, disclosed or used outside of the United States. The U.S. is limited to the 50 states and does not include territories. Note completion is part of the session rate. Maintain a personalized database to record proof of licensure, license updates, expiration dates, and personal information. Keep your availability calendar up to date. Stay in regular communication with clinical leadership, checking work emails in a timely fashion and responding within 24 hours, even if not working. Work with a collaborative care team including health coaches, other therapists, psychiatrists, and external care providers. What You Will Bring Available to offer at least five sessions per week, with the ability to flex up when needed. Night and weekend flexibility a plus. Clinical competence in evidence‑based practices (CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, etc.) and measurement‑based care. Knowledge, ability, and commitment to providing culturally responsive care. Ability and willingness to deliver concurrent documentation. Willingness and confidence to integrate cutting‑edge technology into all aspects of your care. Tech‑savviness: familiarity, comfort, and confidence with care delivery technology—including various applications, tech tools, Google web‑apps, video conferencing, EMR, etc. A safe, secure location with reliable internet connection to provide Zoom‑based psychotherapy. Effective communication skills and ability to work within interdisciplinary teams. Three or more years of experience providing clinical psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or families. Experience with risk management and higher acuity cases. Licenses: LCSW, LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCPC, LPCC, or LPC. An independent clinical license to practice in good standing (without need for clinical supervision). BC‑TMH credential if required by your state of license. Preferred (If applicable) Licensure in multiple states. Licensed psychologist willing to apply for or already enrolled in PSYPACT. Adolescent or Spanish specialty. Familiarity with the Headspace app and content. Willingness to offer a few evening hours in your schedule to support member care flexibility.
