Twin Lakes Extended Care We are hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities in our skilled nursing facility. We look for nurses who value teamwork, consistency, and providing quality care to residents in a supportive long-term care environment. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents while working alongside an experienced clinical team. Pay Range $32.00 - $39.42 per hour Pay is based on experience and benefit selections. Additional hourly incentives may be available for employees who opt out of certain benefits.
