Medical Assistant

Seeking FULL-TIME Medical Assistant/Receptionist. Pays $20/hr. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU HAVE A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND, AS THIS POSITION REQUIRES A CLEAR BACKGROUND CHECK. Responsibilities/ Expectations Patient check-in and rooming. Taking patient copays. Assist with office procedures (familiarity with x-ray or fluoroscopy ideal) Assist with scribing Correspondence with other providers involved in our patient's care (when needed) Familiarity with eClinicalWorks EMR ideal. Phlebotomy experience helps, but no required. Experience working in a Pain management office REQUIRED. Being courteous, professional, and respectful of patients and clinic staff is a must. Fluent in English is required. Additional language is a plus. Job Type: Full-time.
