Seeking a remote Counsel - WA Licensed, the full-time position will manage commercial contract negotiation and drafting, primarily supporting sales and EMR integration teams for the clonoSEQ assay. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate laboratory services and EMR integration agreements Lead internal efforts on risk mitigation and compliance with government contract terms Partner with various internal teams to evaluate and mitigate legal risks related to the diagnostic business Required Qualifications Juris Doctorate from a nationally accredited law school and current member in good standing of a U.S. state bar At least 5+ years of prior in-house or law firm experience providing transactional legal counsel Ability to travel 1-2 times per year for in-person meetings
