Our team-centered environment fosters collaboration and mutual support, helping every staff member deliver the highest quality of care and service to our residents and their families.Position: Certified Nursing Assistant – Medication Aide (CNA-M)Location: Gray Birch – Augusta, MaineSchedule: Part-time (32 hours/week)Shift: Days (5:45 a.m. - 2:15 p.m.)$10,000 sign-on bonus potential for experienced CNA-MsTo qualify for the bonus:Must have one year of CNA-M experienceMust accept at least a 30-hour-per-week position.Current MaineGeneral employees are ineligible; former MaineGeneral employees are ineligible until greater than 1 year of separation from employmentWhat You'll Do:Performs basic patient care activities within the scope of practice. Individual pay is determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and market considerations. In addition to base pay, eligible team members may earn additional compensation through shift, weekend, holiday, on-call, and other applicable differentials.
