Registered Dietitian Responsibilities:

As the Registered Dietitian, you will be responsible for the following: 

• Meal production

• Regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines

• Clinical documentation in accordance with state and federal guidelines, using the Electronic Health Record (EHR).

• Customer Satisfaction

Requirements:

• Registered Dietitian with Oklahoma licensure

• Experience in long term care setting, preferred

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Flexible and dependable
