2nd-Shift Switchboard Operator: Patient Communications

Ohio State University seeks a Switchboard Operator for the 2nd shift to serve as the frontline contact in Health System Shared Services. This role answers, routes, triages critical and non-critical calls and uses an integrated telephony system to communicate with the care teams. The operator will work 3 pm–11:30 pm with every-other weekend.
