Overnight Direct Support Professional

Job Details Job location: Monticello, IN 47960. We are looking for individuals to work as Direct Support Professionals, helping people with disabilities live independently, achieve goals, and thrive. Responsibilities Companionship Community engagement and socialization Personal hygiene Routine housekeeping tasks Administration of medications Money management Nutrition, grocery shopping, and cooking Attending medical appointments Proper use of appliances and adaptive/assistive devices Home safety, first aid, and emergency procedures Qualifications At least 18 years of age Pass background checks Valid driver’s license, working vehicle, personal vehicle insurance, and acceptable driving record Willingness to work non-traditional hours (as required) including evenings, weekends, and holidays Excellent work and personal references No experience required Additional expectations include completing all required written documentation and supporting reports of services provided; managing a variable work schedule with good attendance and punctuality; completing ongoing in-service and other educational training.
