Siteworks Regional Sales Manager – South Central The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for Siteworks at Zurn Elkay Water Solutions is a strategic sales leader responsible for driving regional performance across designated product lines. This individual owns all aspects of regional sales execution, including strategy deployment, market growth, customer engagement, rep management, and sales performance analysis. The RSM will maintain strong relationships with sales reps, distributors, contractors, engineers, and internal stakeholders, and will play an integral role in shaping future drainage technology. Location: Remote – USA (must be located in one of the states in region) Reports to: Director – Siteworks Sales Travel Requirements: South Central Region, USA – up to 75% (Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi) Key Accountabilities Sales Strategy & Planning : Develop and implement regional sales plans in alignment with company goals; contribute to annual quota setting, territory planning, and target account identification; lead and coach sales reps, provide training and strategic guidance. Customer Relationship Management : Build and nurture relationships with key customers, distributors, and contractors; analyze customer segments and market trends; track and report on competitive positioning. Sales Rep Management : Build and maintain relationships with product‑line aligned stakeholders; establish and manage project funnels; lead bi‑weekly funnel update calls, coordinate forecasting, set targets, and develop account plans. Sales Analysis & Reporting : Monitor performance against targets, identify funnel trends, ensure consistent updates on sales activity, and provide regular reporting: weekly updates, bi‑weekly funnel reviews, monthly territory performance, and annual strategy planning.
