Senior Manager of FP&A

The Sr Manager will lead all planning, analysis, budgeting and forecasting for the organization's manufacturing and supply chain operations, including providing actionable financial data and strategic decision support to the executive management team. In addition, the role will develop and deliver KPIs forward looking financial models, process improvement initiatives and will support capital allocation, and M&A activity from target identification through valuation, business case, and integration planning. Guidance and development of a small team also a key part of the role.

Required:

• A bachelor's degree in a business administration or data science related major and at least 7 years of relevant FP&A experience from a manufacturing business
• Experience as a finance business partner with a track record of working with the "C" suite/executive management providing strategic guidance.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership; ability to develop direct reports, track record of leading complex, multidisciplinary teams
• Experience designing and developing metrics and analytics required for business decisions and to drive results.
