Overview As the General Manager of our Boutique Fitness Studio, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This position is integral to our mission of providing a welcoming and motivating environment for our clients to achieve their fitness goals. You will lead a dedicated team, manage business operations, and drive the studio's growth and success. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of studio operations, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance. Develop and implement business strategies to increase member engagement and retention. Recruit, train, and mentor staff to ensure a high standard of service delivery. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Foster a positive and inclusive studio culture that aligns with our values. Manage marketing initiatives to promote services and attract new members. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain studio cleanliness. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Management, Sports Management, or a related field. Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in business software and fitness management systems. Preferred Experience Knowledge of fitness programs and trends. Experience in sales and marketing strategies within the fitness industry.
