AI Platform Infra Engineer — Harness & Observability

Ellis is seeking an experienced infrastructure-focused engineer to build the AI-native harness that runs agents in parallel. You will craft local development, async execution, and evaluation ecosystems on an AWS stack, ensuring behavior tests, diff reviews, and SOC 2 audit trails are reliable from day one.
You will own load-bearing infra, collaborate with the Lead Product Engineer, and shape the platform that underpins AI-driven product features.
