We are a network of outpatient mental health clinics providing comprehensive, full-service outpatient mental health services in Florida through in-person and virtual visits via a secure telehealth platform. Our services include Psychiatric/Psychological Evaluations, Medication Management, Psychotherapy & Counseling, and Neuropsychological Testing Services. Our team includes psychiatrists, clinical psychologists/neuropsychologists, board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioners, certified physician assistants, and licensed therapists. We care for adults, adolescents, and children five and older, and are committed to compassionate, individualized care. Qualifications Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology (Ph.D., Psy.D.) Experience in conducting Neurocognitive and Neuropsychological Testing Florida license or in the process of obtaining one Work experience in an outpatient setting preferred Job Responsibilities Provide neuropsychological and neurocognitive testing services Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers Provide psychoeducation to patients and families about mental health conditions and neuropsychological findings Document services rendered in compliance with company policies and procedures Stay current with advancements in psychology and neuropsychology through continuing education and professional development Compensation Package Signing bonus of $10,000 Base compensation with potential for productivity, performance, and additional earnings Potential to earn $150,000+ annually with a 40-hour work week Company-provided testing materials Additional day for additional pay (up to $33,000 additional per year) Supervising provider responsibilities with additional compensation Benefits Health, Vision, and Dental insurance 401(k) retirement plan with up to 4% employer match Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays CME-related expense reimbursement Group malpractice insurance Advantages Full administrative support Latest digital technology Strong focus on work/life balance Work Schedule Four 10-hour shifts per week or Five 8-hour shifts per week Offices open Monday–Thursday Availability to work additional days via telemedicine for additional pay Friday–Sunday Option to work 50% telemedicine once productivity is achieved Compliance E-Verify: Harmony United Psychiatric Care participates in E-Verify.
