Job Summary Bear Valley Animal Hospital, located in Apple Valley, CA, is currently seeking an Experienced Associate Veterinarian with a passion for surgery, including new graduates. We have a state‑of‑the‑art facility and a full‑service pet hospital that offers comprehensive medical services for dogs and cats. Schedule & Training Veterinarians and new graduates are encouraged to apply. Flexible schedules are available, including full‑time, part‑time, or PRN relief. We can offer advanced surgical training with a high‑volume surgical caseload. Benefits Compensation package includes a competitive salary of $150,000–$180,000 (DOE, negotiable), quarterly production plan (no negative carryover), sign‑on and retention bonuses, relocation assistance up to $75,000, quality health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, generous continuing education allowance, and additional paid time off. Employees also receive numerous discounts through partners and reimbursement for membership dues and license fees.
