Position As the Selling Advisor, you are a salesperson who provides outstanding customer service, excels in developing long-lasting client relationships and succeeds at increasing sales volume. Responsibilities Implement the appropriate selling behaviors and exceed sales plans. Develop a clientele base. Maintain and gain knowledge on the brands we offer (Product Knowledge). Collaborate with vendor partners to maximize sales opportunities through consultative selling, exciting store events and client build. Qualifications Often goes above and beyond their goals. Is a hard worker who elevates the performance of others. Accomplished sales track record, and client-focused. Is knowledgeable and has capability for a big picture perspective. Compensation Salary Range $17.00 - $25.30* Compensation for this role varies by geographic location. The listed range reflects multiple markets, including higher-cost areas. Actual starting pay will be determined based on work location, experience, and other job-related factors.
