Quality Engineer

Job TitlePrimary Responsibilities:Supports and performs all phases of testing leading to implementation.Assists in the planning and conducting of user acceptance testing.Develops comprehensive documentation for multiple applications supporting several corporate initiatives.Responsible for post-installation testing of any problems.Works on complex assignments and often multiple phases of a project.Performs independent and complex technical and functional analysis for multiple projects supporting several initiatives.Expertise and Skills You Bring:4–6 plus years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer supporting complex technology solutionsA bachelor's degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related fieldStrong experience in requirements analysis, backlog management, and Agile delivery practicesUnderstanding of enterprise platforms, including Workday integrations, AWS-based services, and payroll/benefits systems.Strong experience facilitating stakeholder discussions and influencing decisions across teamsExperience managing product backlogs using tools like JIRA and ConfluenceExperience leading refinement sessions, defining acceptance criteriaProven ability to manage risks, dependencies, and competing priorities across initiativesStrong written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiencesAbility to work independently and lead initiatives in a fast-paced environment
