Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with expertise in emergency care to join a dedicated team in Santa Fe, NM. This is a travel assignment in a dynamic hospital setting where nurses coordinate and implement patient care for a diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

• Obtain and record initial assessments; establish priorities based on patient age, symptoms, and needs
• Re-assess patients systematically to identify progress and trends for intervention
• Develop and implement a measurable individualized plan of care for each patient
• Modify care plans based on patient evaluations and outcomes
• Participate in patient and significant other health education and discharge planning
• Implement and document timely interventions appropriate to patient needs
• Perform Point of Care testing procedures as required

Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

• Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required
• CPI or Equivalent preferred
• Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing
• Current knowledge and skills appropriate to the age/type of patient population served
• New hires with two or less years of experience will start at a Clinical Nurse I status
