Job Summary: This role owns retention, growth and enablement across three priority platforms: POOL360 Water Test, Integrations, and POOL360. The Manager, Digital Platform Growth & Enablement, keeps customers engaged with the platforms and grows their loyalty with POOLCORP. By tracking adoption, usage depth and churn risk, this role will identify trends and convert platform usage into attributable product and chemical sales. This role is also the bridge between the Business Solutions team and the cross-functional partners who deliver the work: primarily IT and Marketing, but also Operations, Sales, and Customer Success. The role leverages VOC to build and maintain the new feature and integration pipeline, ensuring delivery is aligned to committed dates, and builds the enablement (training, playbooks and launch materials) that makes each release land with internal teams and customers. The role also owns the KPI dashboard and reporting that shows whether adoption, retention and attributable sales are moving. Responsibilities: Own the retention agenda across Water Test, Integrations and POOL360: monitor active users, usage depth and churn risk. Identify opportunities for product improvement to mitigate churn and increase usage. Bridge the Business Solutions team and the cross-functional partners who deliver the work: IT, Marketing, Sales and other departments. Translating business requirements into prioritized, ROI-justified initiatives and keeping delivery aligned to committed dates. Write the business requirements (BRD), user stories and acceptance criteria for product features, integrations and releases, defining scope, success metrics and ROI. Partner with Marketing on launch communications, campaigns and customer-facing content that drive activation, adoption and in-platform ordering. Partner with IT through the standard intake, discovery, build, launch and measure process: prepare intake and ROI cases, support gate approvals, and escal… Build and maintain the enablement library: release notes, training, playbooks and certification for Sales, branch and field teams; deliver internal and customer-facing training on each release. Own the creation, maintenance and continuous improvement of KPI dashboards and performance reporting for the three platforms, ensuring clear visibility of adoption, retention and attributable sales. Travel to customers for onsite training and support from time to time. Attend industry events and tradeshows to support the Business Solutions team and gain insights from customers. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Product Management, or a related field required. 3+ years in product management, customer success, SaaS program management or B2B digital/eCommerce platform roles. Proven ability to work across business, IT, Marketing and Sales, and to keep cross-functional commitments on track without direct authority. Advanced analytical and prioritization skills, including dashboard and reporting tool proficiency (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel). Familiarity with agile release cycles, SaaS platforms, APIs and B2B integrations. Enablement and training skills — able to build playbooks and deliver training to internal teams and customers. Customer-centric approach to platform adoption and retention. High degree of organizational skills and attention to detail.
