This role combines strategic account management and business development, with responsibility for growing key accounts, developing new opportunities, and building relationships with both technical and commercial decision-makers. Ideal candidates will have experience selling power electronics, power supplies, automation equipment, electrical components, or other technical solutions into manufacturing environments.Key Responsibilities:Prospect and develop new customers through direct outreach and relationship buildingSell standard and custom power solutions, including AC-DC power supplies, DC-DC converters, and battery charging technologiesBuild relationships with engineering, purchasing, operations, and executive-level stakeholdersManage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through RFQs, testing, qualification, and awardDevelop account growth strategies and maintain long-term customer partnershipsCollaborate with product management and engineering teams to introduce new technologies and applicationsTrack pipeline activity, forecasts, and account performance through CRM toolsMeet revenue targets and expand market share within assigned accountsQualifications:Electrical Engineering degree preferred (BSEE strongly preferred)4+ years of technical sales experience selling power electronics, power supplies, automation equipment, or related industrial products (required)Experience selling into OEMs and industrial manufacturing customersStrong consultative selling and account management skillsAbility to influence both technical and commercial decision-makersComfortable with approximately 50% travel and independent territory managementBenefits/Perks:Remote positionCompetitive compensation and performance incentivesComprehensive health, dental, and vision coverageProfessional development opportunitiesReady to take the next step in your technical sales career?
