FSP - Scientist III - Small Molecule

Responsibilities

• Independently perform method validations, transfers, and analytical testing of pharmaceutical compounds with minimal supervision
• Prepare study protocols, status reports, and final technical documents for projects
• Communicate analytical data and technical issues to clients and address their inquiries
• Mentor and train laboratory team members while troubleshooting analytical instruments and problems
• Review and interpret data for compliance with protocols, SOPs, GMP/GLP standards, and client criteria

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or equivalent qualification
• 5+ years of relevant laboratory or analytical experience
• Knowledge of analytical techniques (HPLC, UPLC, LC, GC, MS, dissolution testing, Karl Fischer)
• Understanding of ICH guidelines, USP requirements, and FDA guidance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and laboratory operating systems
• Strong technical writing and oral communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and mentor junior staff
