Intimate Omakase Bar Bartender & Beverage Curator
Scratch Restaurants Group
Scratch Restaurants Group is seeking an experienced Bartender for our intimate 10-seat Sushi Bar. You will execute all front of house service, manage sake and Japanese whiskey pairings, and deliver exceptional dining experiences. As the sole FOH member, you will host guests, explain beverage options, take orders, prepare and serve drinks, and assist the chefs. You will design seasonal cocktails inspired by Japanese influence and ensure flawless service while working nights, weekends, and #J-18808-Ljbffr Scratch Restaurants Group
