Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - CCS - Weekends: 2nd Shift Seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for the Riverside Community Care Behavioral Health Services Division, located in Upton, MA. The Community Crisis Stabilization program serves up to six residents at any given time. About the Role Work as part of a cohesive, experienced, multi‑disciplined team in a voluntary community crisis stabilization program and acute care residence. Major responsibilities include assisting the nurse manager with filling physician orders, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing guidance, education, supervision, and direct supports to allow consumers to maintain their physical and emotional health and develop skills for independent living. Employees in this position will be required to perform occasional visits to people served in the home to assess their needs. Schedule Part‑time, 16 hours per week; Saturday and Sunday – 2nd shift (3 pm to 11 pm). Compensation $36.07 hourly plus generous differentials. Weekends (11 pm Friday – 7 am Monday) – additional $12 hourly. Benefits Comprehensive, high‑quality health, dental and vision insurance options.
